Mr. Gifford's Story Sandwich
Mr. Gifford provides volunteer, theatrical reading and storytelling to support a passion for books and increased literacy. He was the recipient in 2015 of Civitan International's Starfish Award for his contribution to the advancement of literacy in children. Since 2008 he has made over one thousand classroom visits and has donated thousands of his special Story Sandwich bookmarks to children in an effort to foster a love of reading and storytelling.
