The Relaxed Back Podcast
smart moves. get schooled. take it inside.

Our podcast will resume October 1, 2008.
We are working on a new book and DVD media.
Thanks for your patience.

"The ideas contained in this podcast are based on my subjective experience of working with people in pain for over twenty years. Be skeptical of any person who says they have the complete answer for all pain syndromes and please do not take my or any professional's observations as the only valid perspective. Pain is too complicated for a "one size fits all" approach. Research and experiment for yourself to determine if my suggestions have merit for you."

SHOW SUMMARY: Stretching, educational interviews, pain research, myths of pain, trigger point strategies, pain science and pseudoscience, and practical anatomy teachings are representative of sample subjects covered. Additionally, considerable time is spent on exploring the role of the brain and its impact on muscle pain as seen in (TMS) tension myositis syndrome, distraction pain syndromes and fibromylagia.
